each piece is hand made to order and therefore there can be slight variations
from the images that are on the site. If for any reason you decide not to keep an item, you have ten (10) days - from the day you receive the item - to inform us and to receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please send an email to RMA@Maysart.com and state the order # and the reason you want to return the merchandise. We will email you the RMA # with the complete return instructions. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee.
